Bellevue Community Schools

On November 7, 2023 voters in the Bellevue Community Schools District will be asked to renew an 18-mill levy on non-homestead business, commercial, and rental properties for nine years. The district is now levying 19.9907 mills. The estimate of the revenue the school district will collect if the renewal millage is approved and 18 mills are levied in 2024 is approximately $603, 135. Please remember that tomorrow, Wednesday, October 18, 2023 is an early release day for Bellevue Community Schools. Bellevue Elementary will be dismissed at 12:59PM, Bellevue Jr/Sr High will be dismissed at 12:49PM. Afternoon classes at BCAMSC and CACC will be in session.

Soccer will be playing their first game of districts tonight at 6:00pm on our home field. Come out and support our Broncos. There will be a $7 admissions fee that can be paid with cash at the gate.

Proud of our school community! Students, staff, supported by the Fire department, First Responders, Veterans, and community members participated in the first annual 911 bleacher challenge. I was amazed with the participation, empathy, care and concern that our student body displayed!!! What a great time to be a Bronco!

Homecoming week kicks off Saturday September 9th!!!

The Jr/ Sr High school will be hosting the first annual 9/11 stair climb challenge on 9/11/2023. This will be a school wide event supported by the local Fire Department, businesses, Veterans, and community members. The purpose of the event is to honor those who lost their lives while saving others on 9/11/2001. Those who choose to accept the challenge will be walking stairs or walking the track as a representation of the physical effort it took to climb the stairs of the Trade Center. After the challenge the entire school community will join in a fellowship cookout. This event will kick off our Homecoming week. Go Broncos!!!

Good afternoon, Bellevue parents and students. This is just a reminder that the NWEA fall testing cycle starts tomorrow Tuesday September 5, 2023. Please come prepared give your best effort. Students will be testing in English only. The complete schedule is shown in the attached image.

Happy Monday! The first day of school is less than a month away. I hope everyone is excited! Here are some important dates for our 7-12 grade students. Monday, July 24: Registration Packets Mailed. Please return all information to the Jr/Sr High office on Registration Day. August 7: Registration Day - 10:00am to 2:00pm. Start your registration process at the Jr/ Sr High School office. There will also be an opportunity for have sports physicals done. August 7: Orientation- 5:00pm to 6:00pm. All 7th grade and new students in the auditorium.
